Stone House – Arkadia

The villa house in central Peloponnese, Arcadia, GREECE 165 km away (1,5 hours) from Athens, 12 km away from city Tripolis, on 720 m of altitude, in a traditional mountainous village offering absolute privacy and easy access to a number of important places. The house is approximately 4500 S.F. in two floors, built in 2007. The house can accommodate at least 12-15 people, at the same time. On the ground floor there are: two separate bedrooms, one very big open space bedroom with one double bed and two single beds in it, two big bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room with the fireplace. On the ground floor also exist the cellar with our own wine production, the BBQ, the central heating system using oil, one extra bathroom outside the house, the woods storeroom. A swimming pool can be licensed and constructed, on demand. On top floor there are: two big en-suite bedrooms, one professional office, the official living room with two fireplaces and a separate big kitchen. A lot of open space around for parking, the whole plot is 90,000 S.F approximately, full of trees producing all kinds of fruits and vegetables, all year.Important Points of Interest: the ski center of mount Menalon (30 min. drive), Kalamata-Messinia (35 min drive) with many beaches around, ancient temple of Epicurus Apollo (1,5 hours drive), Mani & Monemvasia-Lakonia (2-2,5 hours drive) for extra beaches, ancient theatre of Epidaurus (1 hour drive) and magnificent Nafplion (45 min drive). All these places have access through (inter)national road E-95. In Kalamata the local airport is active with a great number of flights from all over the world, even private jets etc
